What to Expect
At Boost & Balance Med Spa, we encourage you to come just as you are—whether you’re fresh from the gym, fully glammed up, or somewhere in between.
Before your visit, you’ll receive tailored preparation instructions via email, specific to the treatment you’ve booked.
For new clients, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
Appointment Policies
As a courtesy to our clients at Boost & Balance Med Spa, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the case of a no-show, a $50 cancellation fee will apply in accordance with our company policies. Since our appointments book up quickly, we recommend scheduling your next visit before you leave.
